10U–14U Perfect Game League Teams

Elite and developmental teams competing in Perfect Game League

Players ages 10U through 14U ready to compete in the Perfect Game League—with both elite and developmental team options at each age.

Who This Pathway Is For

The player profile and family commitment that fits.

Player Profile

Ghost Premier fields multiple 10U–14U teams at each age group—both elite and developmental levels. Elite teams compete against the top programs in the region; developmental teams provide a structured pathway for players building toward that level. Both tracks train together at Atlantic Sports Performance with the same coaching philosophy and technology. The difference is competition level and roster composition—not the quality of development. Players can move between teams as they develop, and many developmental players eventually compete on elite rosters.

Family Commitment

Families should expect a meaningful time commitment during the off-season. Training sessions happen multiple times per week at Atlantic Sports Performance, and players are expected to attend consistently. During the season, teams play every weekend with games and tournaments. The commitment level is similar across elite and developmental teams. What changes is the competition level, not the investment in development. Parents should be prepared to support honest feedback about areas for improvement.

What the Season Looks Like

Realistic expectations for practice, competition, and focus.

Practice Cadence

2–3 structured training sessions per week during the off-season at Atlantic Sports Performance. In-season practice frequency varies based on game schedule.

Competition Footprint

Perfect Game League regular season play. Elite teams compete against top regional programs; developmental teams face appropriate competition levels. Both attend strategic tournaments throughout New England and beyond.

What Gets Emphasized

All teams prioritize development within competitive environments. Elite teams balance winning with player growth; developmental teams focus on building skills to compete at higher levels. Every player has a path forward.

How Selection Works

The evaluation process and what we look for.

Selection Process

Open tryouts held in summer for the following spring and summer season. Players are evaluated and placed on teams matching their current ability level—elite or developmental. Movement between teams happens based on demonstrated growth.

What Evaluators Look For

  • Coachability and responsiveness to instruction
  • Competitive mindset and effort level
  • Fundamental baseball skills (throwing, fielding, hitting)
  • Athletic movement and body control
  • Attitude and team-first mentality
  • Potential for growth, not just current ability

After Evaluation

Families receive feedback after tryouts. Selected players receive roster offers specifying team placement (elite or developmental) with clear expectations about commitment level. We explain the reasoning behind placement and the path to advance.

Development & College Path

How this pathway connects to future opportunities.

The Development Path

All 10U–14U teams compete in the Perfect Game League regular season during spring and summer, building stats and experience in one of the country's premier youth baseball platforms. Games are tracked in the PG database, establishing a foundation for future recruiting visibility regardless of team level. Training at Atlantic Sports Performance happens throughout the off-season, giving every player access to the same technology and coaching—TrackMan, HitTrax, and baseball-specific strength training. Development is tracked with objective data, and players move between teams based on demonstrated improvement.

Elite & Developmental Teams

Every player is placed based on current ability. Elite placement isn't permanent—players move between teams based on demonstrated growth.

Both compete in the Perfect Game League and train at Atlantic Sports Performance—the difference is competition level, not development quality. Elite teams face the top programs in the region. Developmental teams compete against appropriate competition while building toward elite-level play. Players can move between levels as they progress, and our coaching staff works with every player to maximize their potential.
