15U+ Regional Team

Competitive travel baseball with college exposure

15U+ players seeking high-level regional competition and the beginning of college recruiting visibility.

Who This Pathway Is For

The player profile and family commitment that fits.

Player Profile

The Regional pathway is for committed high school players who want to compete at a high level and explore opportunities beyond high school baseball. These players have developed solid fundamental skills and are ready for the intensity of showcase-level competition. We're looking for players who understand that the next few years matter for their baseball future. They take training seriously, show up ready to work, and compete with purpose. This isn't a program for players who want to coast—it's for those building toward something.

Family Commitment

Families should expect a significant but manageable commitment. Training sessions continue at Atlantic Sports Performance, and tournament travel extends throughout the Northeast. Some events may require overnight stays. This is also when recruiting conversations start. Families should be prepared to engage with the process—understanding academic requirements and exploring school options. Our coaches handle communication with college programs on behalf of players, following NCAA rules.
