What This Season Looks Like

  • Elite events only. Perfect Game, Prospect Select, and PBR. No local or filler tournaments on any of the three schedules.
  • College showcase team camps. All three attend camps where college staffs run the workouts and evaluate in person.
  • The same training. Same coaching staff and the same off-season program at Atlantic Sports Performance in Hanover.
  • The same recruiting support. Profile help, event selection, and college coach communication for every player on every roster.
  • One tryout. You try out for Ghost Premier 15U+, not for a specific team.
What's specific to Showcase

Showcase plays its full schedule within New England. No out-of-region travel is required.

Who This Team Is For

The player profile and family commitment that fits.

Player Profile

Ghost Premier fields three teams at each age from 15U up — Scout, Prospect, and Showcase. They are not three different programs. All three play elite events only, attend college showcase team camps, and train together at Atlantic Sports Performance under the same staff. We're looking for high school players who take the summer seriously: they train consistently, compete with purpose, and are using these seasons to build a recruiting profile. Which of the three rosters a player lands on is a staff decision made after tryouts — position needs, roster balance, and travel fit — and rosters are rebuilt every season.

Family Commitment

Training runs multiple times per week during the off-season at Atlantic Sports Performance, with the in-season schedule built around high school obligations. Families should expect weekend events through the spring and summer. This is also when recruiting conversations start. Families should be prepared to engage — understanding academic requirements, attending camps, and exploring school options. Our coaches handle communication with college programs on behalf of players, following NCAA rules. The full schedule, any travel, and complete costs are provided in writing before you accept a roster spot.

What the Season Looks Like

Realistic expectations for practice, competition, and focus.

Practice Cadence

2–3 training sessions per week during the off-season at Atlantic Sports Performance. In-season practice is built around the event schedule and high school baseball.

Competition Footprint

Elite events only — Perfect Game, Prospect Select, and PBR — plus college showcase team camps. The same event philosophy across Scout, Prospect, and Showcase.

What Gets Emphasized

Competing in front of college staffs while continuing to develop. Players are building a recruiting profile and preparing for varsity high school baseball and college opportunities.

How Selection Works

The evaluation process and what we look for.

Selection Process

One open tryout, held in the summer for the following spring and summer season. Players try out for Ghost Premier 15U+ — not for a specific team. After evaluations, the staff builds the Scout, Prospect, and Showcase rosters based on position needs, roster balance, and travel fit.

What Evaluators Look For

  • Fundamental skills across all areas
  • Competitive performance under pressure
  • Baseball IQ and game awareness
  • Coachability and team-first attitude
  • Physical tools and athleticism
  • Commitment level and work ethic

After Evaluation

Every family receives feedback after tryouts. Selected players receive a roster offer naming their team, with the schedule, travel, and costs laid out in writing. Roster placement reflects fit and position need — it is not a ranking, and rosters are rebuilt every season.

Development & College Path

How this team connects to future opportunities.

The Development Path

All three 15U+ teams compete at Perfect Game, Prospect Select, and PBR events and attend college showcase team camps, where college staffs run the workouts and evaluate players in person. Performances at these events feed the databases college programs actually recruit from. Off-season training at Atlantic Sports Performance focuses on position-specific development and physical preparation. Recruiting support — profile help, event selection, and coach communication — is the same for every player on every roster.
