Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ghost Premier Baseball website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ghost Premier Baseball LLC ("Ghost Premier," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Ghost Premier provides a team management platform for youth travel baseball, including:

• Team roster and player management
• Schedule and event management
• Payment processing and billing
• Communication tools (messaging, notifications)
• Training session booking
• Registration and tryout management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents/guardians are responsible for managing accounts on behalf of minor athletes.

4. Payment Terms

Season Fees

By accepting a team offer, you agree to pay the full season fee according to the payment schedule presented. Payment schedules may include deposits, installment payments, and final payments.

Auto-Charge

If you save a payment method to your account, you authorize us to automatically charge scheduled payments on their due dates. You may update or remove your payment method at any time, but you remain responsible for all outstanding payments.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services, removal from rosters, and/or late fees. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.

Refunds

Refund policies are established on a per-team basis and will be communicated at the time of offer acceptance. Generally, deposits are non-refundable and fees paid are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of payment.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Communication

By using our Platform, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

• Administrative messages about your account
• Payment reminders and receipts
• Schedule updates and event notifications
• Team announcements and messages from coaches
• Push notifications (if enabled)

You may manage your notification preferences in the app settings, but some administrative communications are required and cannot be disabled.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ghost Premier Baseball LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Platform without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Ghost Premier Baseball is a youth travel baseball organization. Participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur during practices, games, or other activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOST PREMIER BASEBALL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Premier Baseball LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Note that certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
