Intro To Hitting Performance — Baseball (10–12U) · November Drop-In

Intro To Hitting Performance is a data-driven introduction to hitting training and development for 10–12U baseball players — Ghost or not. Every swing is measured: exit velocity, launch angle, bat speed and contact quality, so hitters see exactly where they are and what to work on. Led by Ghost Premier coach Ryan Deo at Atlantic Sports Performance, each one-hour Sunday session blends swing mechanics, approach, and high-rep work, then ties it back to the numbers so progress is something you can see week to week. Sundays 2:00–3:00 PM. Drop in any November Sunday for $50 — no session Sunday, Nov 15 (ASP closed Nov 9–15).
