Ghost Premier tryouts are designed to give every player a fair evaluation. We're not just looking for the most talented kids today—we're looking for players who will develop, compete, and grow with proper coaching and training.
Skills & Fundamentals
Throwing mechanics, fielding technique, bat control, running speed. We evaluate the building blocks that lead to long-term success.
Athleticism & Movement
How players move, their coordination, and their physical potential. Athleticism is a foundation for development.
Coachability & Mindset
How players respond to instruction, compete under pressure, and handle adversity. This matters as much as raw talent.
Baseball IQ
Game awareness, decision-making, and understanding of situations. Smart players develop faster.
The Tryout Process
What to expect when you register for a Ghost Premier tryout.
Register Online
Select your age group and preferred tryout date. Complete the registration form and receive confirmation.
Attend Tryout
Arrive 15 minutes early. Plan for 1.5-2 hours of evaluation including fielding, hitting, throwing, and live situations.
Evaluation
Our coaches evaluate skills, athleticism, coachability, and potential. We take detailed notes on every player.
Follow-Up
Within one week, we'll reach out with next steps. Some players may be invited for callbacks or additional evaluation.

We offer evaluations for players from 10U through 17U.
